About us
From one firm's vision to a complete solution for lawyers in Quebec and beyond.
I started my firm in 2009. Around the same time, I purchased a management software that was popular within the legal community.
After a few months of use, I quickly noticed shortcomings in how files were handled and a lack of new feature development. I ran into database write errors, the inability to document a file directly in the software and, of course, slow data processing!
In short, to meet my firm's needs, I quickly had to use other tools to fill those gaps. As you can imagine, these problems could not remain without an effective solution!
I wanted to be able to follow the different stages of my firm's files, while being able to document both the substance of the file and its administrative and financial management. It is to meet those needs that I invested in the development of a first intranet, which would become Notabene Legal a few years later.
Notabene Legal is a complete file management software. It is your daily ally, the first software you log into at the start of the day. Its collaborative approach makes teamwork easy. Its features free you from repetitive tasks. Its security guarantees the confidentiality of your exchanges with your clients. And much more.
Notabene Legal is both the software large firms need to manage their impressive volume of files and the one small firms need to complement their sometimes limited resources.
Although Notabene Legal was first developed to meet the needs of Quebec lawyers, its architecture and features allow it to compete on the international market.
At Notabene Legal, we want to build a true community of users. That is why our users' feedback is a source of inspiration for our development. Every new feature is first tested by my team of lawyers before being rolled out to community members.
Join our community and contribute to the development of the profession's digital tool.
